Emergency Services Telecommunications Authority
The Emergency Services Telecommunications Authority operates from a new purpose-built triple zero communications centre in Williams Landing. ESTA provides the critical link between the Victorian community and the state’s emergency ser-vices agencies – supporting police, fire, ambulance and Victorian SES. The facility included $15M commercial fit-out includes a ground floor data centre, three floors of office space fit-out, including an operations floor with 24 screen video wall and a rooftop radio communications room. Werribee Open Range Zoo
An $84million Victorian State Government funded expansion of the Werribee Open Range Zoo is underway. The project will deliver a a new elephant sanctuary which will set the “gold standard” in animal welfare with the herd able to roam freely over 22 hectares, including a walking trail to guide visitors through the landscape. A new treetop sky safari will be constructed as a gondola system, offering 360-degree views of the zoo savannah and with a capacity to accommodate 1200 people per hour. The Werribee Zoo expansion will create almost 350 jobs – including 90 direct jobs looking after an-imals and visitors once the exhibits are up and running – as well as increasing the estimated num-ber of visitors and tourists through the gates from more than 680,000 in 2018-19 visitors to one mil-lion visitors annually. Once completed, the Werribee Zoo redevelopment is expected to contribute over $17.8 million annually to Victoria’s economy. Learn More -

Developed by Fraser Property and constructed by Texco the mega warehouse anchors the Canvas West Industrial Estate at Tarneit. The Netherlands based online retailer which specialises in selling outdoor furniture and home and garden products operates from a 11.4hectare site with 81,960m2 under cover comprising 68,600m2 of warehouse, awnings of 10,960m2 and office comprising 1,400m2 office. The new national distribution centre is designed to help VidaXL accommodate its rapid online busi-ness growth and customer demand, which is in line with the rise of e-commerce and a structural shift towards online retailing.
